Rooms and prices
How much does a Yostel PG cost?
Beds start from ₹3,500 a month. The exact price depends on the location, the room type (2, 3 or 4 sharing), AC or non-AC, and whether you choose meals. Call or WhatsApp us for the price of the room you want.
What room types do you have?
We have 2, 3 and 4 sharing rooms, in AC and non-AC. Every room is furnished.
What is included in the rent?
Rent includes maintenance, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, daily cleaning, common areas, parking, an RO water purifier, CCTV security and a furnished room with a bed, study table, chair and wardrobe. Food is included if you choose a plan with meals.
Do you charge brokerage?
No. You book directly with Yostel, so there is no brokerage. The deposit and notice period are explained in writing before you book.
Food and daily living
Is food available?
Yes. You can choose lunch and dinner with veg and non-veg options, a veg-only plan, or no meals for a lower rent.
Who cleans the rooms and does the laundry?
Our housekeeping team cleans rooms and common areas every day, and laundry is included in the rent.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Every Yostel PG has high-speed Wi-Fi included in the rent.
Safety
Are Yostel PGs for boys or girls?
All our current PGs in Bhubaneswar are for boys: at KIIT Square, Saheed Nagar and Fire Station Chowk.
How safe are Yostel PGs?
Every PG has CCTV and 24/7 security, and every resident's details are recorded before move-in. Our on-site team is always reachable, which gives parents peace of mind.
Booking and payments
How do I book a bed?
Pick a PG on this site and tap Book on WhatsApp. Your request opens in WhatsApp with your room choice filled in, and we confirm availability and the exact price there.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes, and we recommend it. Use Schedule a visit on any PG page to pick a day and time.
How do I pay rent?
You pay rent online in the app we use to run our PGs, and get a receipt for every payment.
How are complaints handled?
Raise a complaint in the app and our team tracks it until it's fixed. You can see the status at any time.
Institutions
Do you partner with colleges and institutions?
Yes. We host students from colleges, coaching institutes and companies in our PGs, and we can run an institution's own hostel on a management contract. Visit Partner with Yostel to send us a request.
